Complaint marked as Resolved Initially my aadhar number was mapped old consumer number. After 6 months, I could able to identify the problem with the help of bank team. And I visited gas agency team to correctly link the aadhar. In IOCL, aadhaar is linked to new consumer number. But the aadhar was inactivated in NPCI. So called NPCI team and check with them. NPCI team check with bank, and finally they activated the aadhar number in NPCI. Hence problem is resolved
