I am working as a Judicial Officer in the State of the Punjab. I was posted as Civil Judge(Junior Division) at Dhuri District Sangrur Punjab in the Year 2008 when i joined the CPF Scheme. I was allotted PPAN No.[protected] and PRAN NO.[protected]. As per the IRA tracking system of Central record agency-NSDL. my PRAN KIT was dispatched to office of District Treasury Officer, Sangrur Punjab on 31/05/12. At that time i was posted as in district Bathinda Punjab. I never received the PRAN KIt which has apparently been lost in transit. I urgently require the same.
