Did not receive the otp for ekyc for pan last stage.

I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 06.07.2023. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

Pan status not changing from 15 days

I applied for pan update on may 19th.
May 22nd i got mail like this
"we would like to inform you that the documents received on May 20, 2023, are found to be in order during preliminary verification."
Means my documents are correct and accurate right?
But my pan status is"Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department"
From may 23rd.br...

Money deducted from the bank but the transaction failed

I applied for an e-PAN card from the NSDL website and initiated a transaction of Rs8.26 for the same. I selected UPI as a mode of payment and entered my PhonePe UPI credentials. After successfully transferring the amount, the website returned an error message stating that the transaction failed. On raising a help ticket with PhonePe, they confirmed that the money reached merchant account and initiating a refund from my end is not feasible....

Pan card application verification problem

I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through UPI PAYMENT method on 29/05/2023 . But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.

PRAN number shows invalid on NSDL portal

It has been a month that I got my PRAN registered with CAMS CRA, till date I am not able to login to NSDL with the PRAN to take any action, major concern is to register for D-Merit. Please help!

My application was failed 4 times and I did not get any refund

Address:5-77 ,velamavari street,bobbili,vizianagaram,Andrapradesh.

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Tokens are ([protected]), , ([protected])...([protected]). I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 20/05/2023 but Aadhar verification was not completed saying that details were mismatched . though i typed correct date of birth finally it is showing wrong date of birth .Now...

Money not refunded as stated.

I was trying to apply for the PAN card for my sister through NSDL e-kyc on 16.05.23. After completing the form filling process, I made the payment of 107 rupees as required fees and after the deduction of the amount from my account, there was a message stating that they could not proceed my PAN and money will be refunded within 7 days but they didn't. Please see through it....

Unable to proceed pan card application

NSDL e-sign/ekyc applied for pan surname change but acknowledgement number shows no record found

I have applied for pan surname change via the esign/ekyc mode and have also made the payment on 12th May 2023.

Additionally, I have also received an email from them with the receipt and the acknowledgement PDF.

However, when I am trying to check the status for the PAN change request via the acknowledgement number provided by them, it is showing that "Sorry, no record found".

Please check my application.br...

ENPS -NPS payment gateway issue

I was registering for NPS via enps . i updated all the details and uploaded all the docs. Then I tried for payment but I got stuck . After few days I tried but still same issue.

Issue : The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

E-KYC OTP not received

I have done all step and pay money but didn't receive message

I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhar.
The form was submitted successfully with correct details and payment made via e-banking. But i did not receive otp for aadhar authentication. Pan applied on[protected]

PRAN Number not found in the database.

I have registered with the NPS and also made the first payment and E sign procedure, then I received an Email about my PRAN number but when I first try to login it requires password which I haven't set the registration process. Then I tried to generate the password and I am getting a error "PRAN number not found in the database" kindly assist....

My Pan Card Fee is Not Refunded

After submitted and Paid Pan Card fee the form

our e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days....

Pran number invalid 900000020744

Hi.
I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran....
