Hi, I am Shashidhar Dasi, I try to open a Individual Pension account online with Acknowledgement # 11005680 in eNPS on 21/12/2015. As per procedure of account opening I completed all segment of ENPS registration and it went through payment gateway to my Syndicate bank internet banking page (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]) and payment is successful(Please check the attached picture for transaction details). After payment, I could not get any confirmation from NSDL. I try to contact NSDL but there is no one is answering my call. Please resolve this Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have received email & SMS from NSDL 0n 23/12/2015 stating my PRAN and receipt number and further steps to be done. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
