National Securities Depository Limited [nsdl] — Unable to register after getting acknowledgement

My acknowledgement Number is 11009488 and the Acknowledgement Date is 12/01/2016. When I try to Complete the pending registration, I get as message "Your are a registered user with pending payment confirmation. Please try after some time". I am getting this message last 3 days. I tried to contact the customer care no but there is no proper response.Please do the needful.
