National Securities Depository Limited [nsdl] — Unable to register through enps - money already debited from bank account for initial contribution | |||||
I'm trying to open an Individual National Pension Scheme (eNPS) Account online with Acknowledgement # 11009564, Acknowledgement Date : 12/01/2016. As per procedure of account opening I completed all segments of eNPS registration and then paid the initial contribution amount of Rs. 500/- via my Syndicate Bank account and payment was successful and amount was debited from my bank account (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]). But since I did not get any confirmation from NSDL, I once again made the initial contribution of Rs. 500/- (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]), thinking that something must have gone wrong the first time. Again, I did not get any confirmation from NSDL. So totally I have paid Rs. 1000/- as my initial contribution but still not got any confirmation from NSDL. I have tried numerous times to contact NSDL but no one is answering my call. Please resolve this immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
