Naturals — Does not provide Receipt even though they collect tax

Naturals parlour in Hitech city does not provide receipt even if we ask for. They always claim their billing machine does not work/its difficult to provide bills only for these services and all.But the fact is that they collect tax for every transaction.It has been happening for the past 4 months for me. This worries me that they are not accountable to both their customers/pay government taxes since the transaction is never recorded anywhere.Also, their employees are not at all the least courteous.
