Naturals Unisex Salon and Spa — Rude behaviour of the receptionist and denial of providing me with the bill

I am Manu... i visited naturals unisex salon and spa,

1st Floor, Government Press Colony, Champapet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500004

Phone:[protected] at 12.10 pm on 28th March 2016 . After being done with my

services I went to pay the bill where the receptionist ( a male aged around 60 years)

told me the amount of Rs 57 by mouth. I gave him Rs 60 and asked him for the bill

and change.. he rudely answered me that his computer was not working from

2 months for providing the bill and refused to give me the bill . I have asked him for

a manual/ written bill atleast but he started shouting like hell on us..

We told him that bill is a consumer's right, he with serious face barked at us..

Actually the cost of threading (eyebrows) is Rs 34/- instead he charged me Rs 57/-

This incident made me pass through mental harassment...


I request you to take serious action on them...
