I would like draw your kind attention and expect solution for the subjected matter. On 3rd january 2016 i applied for logistics and supply chain course to www.naukri.com and as per their advise i paid rs.8165/- against there invoice and transaction details mentioned here.Invoice no 160103b1234233 transaction code 160103ts3233815 naukri.com user id brijesh_dixit01 and customer code 160103cs2459029. On 22nd february 2016 i sent mail to them regarding information about my study material and login id after one week they sent only study material and login id. Then they remained silent and never informed me regarding my examination. When i sent mail on 30th april 2016 regarding i am not able login through provided login id then they informed me that the course time has been expired and advise me to pay further rs.2290/- for extension for course. But on will there are mentioned priority application for 4 months. Now i am repeatedly writing mail to them but they never responding me. I am requesting to you if they can not extend my course duration then please refund my money. In this circumstances i request you to please look in to the matter and resolve the issue and also let me know why i am not entitled to attend examination without paying additional charges.
