[Resolved] Naukri.com — Improper Customer Service. | |||||
I have opted for a paid certification course from Naukri Paid Services and was promised that I can cancel the registration within 7 days is I am not satisfied for any reason. After confirming the registration the same day I tried to contact the representative but was not reachable. Before going for the service the rep use to call 10 times a day and once the registration was done, and money was transferred he was not even replying any calls and email. After too many emails later I got a call and I explained him the issue and asked If this is not possible please cancel my registration as it is in a cancellation period. The replied that he will try to provide the resolution for the issue. This conversation took along and they stretched out the issue to near a month. Now they are neither providing the resolution and if asked for the cancellation the answer is it is beyond the span of cancellation. So, technically it was not my mistake, as I have tried to contact the sales rep on the same day of registration and was assured for resolution. I am stucked with 20, 000 rupees paying to naukri.com. And now Naukri.com is arrogant and saying the registration can't be cancelled. Was this information helpful? | |||||
