How they get detail of profile, still a surprise and they convince the victim through conversation where they use all crucial information, which the person has uploaded only to some trusted site like - Naukri.com or monster.com. Do they have work exposure with such agencies from where they steal the information or they have got arrangement of getting access to profile information of candidates ?
