N.Balaji — Tampering of Petrol Pumping

I dropped in at Rajeh Agency, Petrol outlet located at Santhome high Road, Chennai at 5.05 pm today and asked to put petrol for Rs.200. The attender after setting the meter to Rs.200 invited his supervisor to collect the amount while the pumping is going on. They tried to divert my attention like pocket pickers in moving buses. I carefully watched the reading while the meter crossing Rs.145 the boy touched the bottom button and it immediately jumped to Rs.200. I therefore deprived of petrol amounting to Rs.65 in this outlet. There is no manager available to lodge my complaint. I collected the bill and Bill No.0185. The boys manning the petrol pumps are very arrogant and not accepted my argument. Kindly do the needful so that other customers should not get cheated by these boys.
