NCC (Nagarjuna Construction Company) — COMPLAIN ABOUT SUBSTAFF EMPLOY

Sir, M a sub staff employ in nccltd from last 3 year and its my 4th year but there no any staff selection or not any selery increment sense last 4 year. Bucause tha company rule is, if any sub staff person works till 3 year then company will take in to main staff as a permanent member. Sir, there are lots of JE, AE, SE electrical engneers are in this company but they have no any kind of common electrical knoledges but they takes thousents of selery but for me, only 8 thousent. But i have knoledge all about electrical works all & ever, better then these engneers. So sir please think & do somthing abaut us.
