Ndpl — electricity theft complaint

I am to inform you that I made 5-6 complaints against electricity theft at Resident of House No. 196, Gali no -8, main road libaspur. raju s/o ram bhagwan he is doing Theft from past 8-9 years. they are putting theft machine in first floor inside the bathroom. there has 2 bathroom . please check each bathrooms . this is my final complaint for TPDDL. PLease do some action. otherwise i will going higher officers then you know...
