Ndpl — Pendency issue in permanent connection-new # [protected]

I prabha mehta (67 years old) w/o late sh. Krishan lal mehta has applied for new connection at f-41 basement kamla nagar delhi-110007 since 50 days and has not been issued a demand letter since then. Kindly issue me a demand letter for the same.
