The pune Surat Volvo bus scheduled to depart from Kothrud at 9.30 pm on 9th october was delayed by 1 hour. The bus then broke down before lonavla and was stranded for 1 hour. Passengers were transferred to a diff bus and nobody at Neeta knew which. Nobody in Neeta office knew where the bus is. Mr. deshpande ([protected]) was supposedly orig bus Poc but he also didn't know where he transferred the passengers. Pathetic service, absolute apathy towards passengers, height of arrogance and ignorance.Bus is said to have reached Surat at 9.15 3 hrs delay from scheduled time.
