My annoying neighbor has a Labrador dog which literally barks 24*7 in a very shrill voice. When asked to take measures, these people start up a fight and use abusive language. We who live around them have BP patients at home and this kind of noise pollution creates a real problem for them. Please take necessary actions and relieve us of this torture.
