I am the resident of flat no.7/11 Amartya Abasan, AL Block, Sect-2, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091, Dist.24 Parganas
(north) West Bengal, under the Co-op Society, Bidhannagar Amartya Abasan C.H.S Ltd.Registered under W.B.Cooperative society by Regn.No.06/KMAH/03.
Flat No.7/15 which is just above my flat in building No.7 is given on rent by the allottee Ms.Gulsan Ara Islam who is at present not traceble.The said tenant of the flat since last four years is being occupied by a lady and her abnormally behaved son while the spouse of the lady is not staying here.
The adolescent boy has the habit of making noise by playing football inside rooms and peculiar style of clapping of shrill sound.He enjoys jumping on floor rolling gas cylinder making deafening sound from day break to mid night making our stay unbearable and breaking the norms of peaceful co existence of co-operative occupants.
As I am staying just below of the mentioned Flat, directly facing the wrath of these misdemeanour since last four years causing mental turmoil of myself and my family.
I informed to our Regd.Society who in turn sent a letter citing the issue and also raised legal points regarding Tri Partite Agreement of the tenant Sri Amiya Prasad Paine with allottee and Co-op. not validated.This means the tenant is staying without valid agreement which is illegal.
Hence I request to take necessary action such that the harrasing and disturbing tenant who is staying unlawfully should not be allowed to stay.
I am attaching relevant documents for proof.
