I have booked 2 BHK flat in the month of Sep'2014 at this project, deposited all required advance but there is no further progress/ construction at site.

Hi,
My Name is Ashish Saha, and I too had booked a 2BHK flat with Nestwood Estate Pvt. Ltd in Aug 2014 and has paid Rs 3, 40, 000/- against my flat booking . Since there had been no progress in terms of construction, I opted for refund . The cheque issue to me for the refund has been dishonoured by the Nestwood due to insufficient fund. I was left with no other option but to file a case against the company . We affected victims, of the fraud committed by Nestwood Estate Pvt Ltd. can join hand and proceed through the legal channels against them.
Moreover I have a list of approximately 80 buyers defrauded by the said company.
