Net4India — fd repayment.

I am chirag Amrutlal Thakkar from Ahmedabad. I kept FD with Net 4 India for 1 year for Rs. 40000/-. They gave me principal cheque in advance in favour of citibank. On maturity I deposited capital cheque in my bank account which got bounce and reason for bounce was a/c was closed. So after calling long time I got response from company that I need to send original to them . So they need it for audit purpose. making silly excuses, dont have intention to send money if account is closed what is meant even if cheque is with me. Please Sir Help me to short out this matter.
