[Resolved]  Netconnect Pvt Ltd — salary

My name is Shivangi Khandelwal.I worked with Net connect pvt LTD and worked for client - Accenture management consulting PVT LTD, Gurgaon, as Desktop Support Engineer. I joined on 28th January 2013. I had resigned on 9th may 2014 and my Last working day was 6th June 2014 (7th and 8th June was Saturday and Sunday). I served the notice period of one month.From the time I am following up for My Full and final settlement. As per the mail I have been told that I will receive it after 60 days of full and final which I received yesterday (07/10/2014) that is after 4 months ( after several phone calls and mails which were sometimes ignored by your company, sometimes you said I will get it by last week of august, then they said I will get it by 30th Sept, then they said I will get it by 1st Oct 2014) .Also I sent 2-3 mails (However many times I have not heard from them regarding my full & final settlement) stating that I have received only 22 days of salary for the month of May'14 whereas I worked for whole May month (attached the time sheet also).I got the reply saying I will receive the same in my full and final settlement. Yesterday after a lot of pain and mis-behave with the company's employees I received my salary 1, 418 INR which is equivalent to 2 working days. Ideally I should get it from 20th may 2014 to 6th june 2014. Many times I called Rejitha Nair (HR team) (ext:- 212) asking where is the disconnection, please update...She even asked me that she will get back to me but she never did that.Also she misbehaved with me. Again I called today (29/12/2014) but no one picked the call. Kindly pls advice how should I proceed ahead to deal with this ISSUE. Your prompt response shall be appreciated.
