1st order, after everyday follow up they dispatch medicines and cancelled partial order saying out of stock.

2nd order, alternative medicine, daily follow up and escalation they say again out of stock, please pay additional money as they can provide another brand which is rs 100 more than it so they can dispatch the order.

Cheating | mental harassment!!!

I want to file a legal complaint and demand compensation.!!

I have purchased medicine from netmeds.com with reference id: NMS[protected]W on 2/12/16 and paid an amount of 450 rupees. But after two days they told that my order cancelled by them because out of stock. The amount has not been credited to my account number till now (12/12/16).
