Netmeds — Inconsistency in order processing and waste of 5 days of time on customer | |||||
I Placed order on Netmeds app on 21st Feb 2016 (Order ID: nms[protected]A), after uploading the prescription which was approved next day. At the time of order the medicine was available, however 3 days later netmeds team called me that the medicine I ordered is not available, some other size of that is available. I made the payment in advance, and had to cancel the order. This wasted me three days and lots of inconvenience and delay in medicine precurement. On 24th Feb 2016. I again placed the order (nms[protected]A), with the same prescription and the available medicines and a pre paid order. Next day the order displays message as invalid Prescription. Please how was the prescription approved first time... NetMeds Team appears to be confused themself, they have wasted my 5 days, did not process my order, and I am calling every time to know the status of my order.
