I had placed an online order of Medicine Tacrovera Forte Ointment with Ne tmeds on 16.04.2016. The medicine is very costly & thus scarcely available in the market. I queried online with Netmeds & they assured that they can deliver the same in 3-7 days provided I make pre-payment instantly. Trusting the company I placed an order & also made the payment in full. The acknowledged the order & sent me order & payment acknowledgement (Copy attached). However, after 03 days they auto cancelled the order as per their will. I called their helpline no. immediately only to hear that they cannot fulfill the order because the same is "out of stock" & they cant help it. This is so pathetic. They are dealing in Medicines, which is such a sensitive item. Delay in this sector may lead to serious complications. I understand that online mode do requires some time to process/deliver but a company must not cancel the order at its own will after confirming an Order & also taking the payment for the same. My grievance is with the fact that Netmeds should not have taken the order & also the money in full before checking its stock or its capability to fulfill the order. If it had not confirmed my order I would have not invested my money with them & rather would have searched for some alternate source to find the medicine. Also the amount of refund takes about 4-7 days to come back into my account. Being not very financially sound, i have to wait for another 4-7 days for getting back my money, only then I can utilize the money for subsequent placing of my order with some alternate source. This has cost me unnecessary delay & mental trauma looking at my deceased patient. The patient's pain & agony makes me feel so shatered. Am I not cheated?. Netmeds sucks. They take the money before even thinking about fulfilling the order. When asked why they had taken the order/money if the item was out of stock, they deny any responsibility & limits themselves to refund of money. My money is hard earned & i can't afford Netmeds to use it by keeping it with themselves without serving my cause, rather they use my money & in return provide harassment, pain, agony, suffering to me & my family. I don't want a refund. Once they have taken my order & money i want my medicines. A refund doesn't stand up for the delay, ailment, suffering caused to my deceased family member. Companies like Netmeds making big money & cheating people by taking their money, keeping it with them for 3-5 days & mentally harassing them by auto cancelling the order at their will without admitting any responsibility to its consumer's problems, ailments & sufferings. Please take strict action against such malpractices. These malpractices & dismissive attitude of the companies are taking a serious toll on the health & interests of the consumers.
