[Resolved]  New Awadh / Cargo Carriers — Complaint of new awadh cargo carriers

Sir, i (Rahul bhagour) working in indian armed forces namely indian navy. I booked my car alto through new awadh cargo carriers(Through justdial) from mathura to visakhapatnam on 17 jan 14.He promised me to deliver the car in 10-15 days, but after so long 01 month, he had not delivered my car on destination, that time i was making him continuous calls, but he was not picking up my phone, sometimes he pickup the phone and says your car is at nagpur, bhopal, visakhapatnam.After 40 days he called me and said that your car is at lucknow and in between it met with an accident by him, that is why so much delay occured and you can collect your car at lucknow only.I told him to deliver the car to visakhapatnam, but he said that he cannot deliver, i also told him to return my advance money rs 8000 to me, that also he denied to pay.That time i sent one of my friend to collect the car. During this entire duration of 40 days, me and my family was mentally disturbed. I sent my friend to his address, but that was also fraud. New awadh cargo carriers and justdial, both cheated me. Please help/suggest me, what i should do now.

Sir, the deal was of amount rs 10500, and i paid him rs 8000 in advance, the remaining amount of rs 2500 i had to pay after receiveig the car at visakhapatnam.He had done accident with my car at back side and not repaired it properly, he has cut all the wires of speedometer and km reading meter.I think he has misused my car for some illegal/criminal activities, he is also not returning my advance money to me.
