New India Assurance — Delay in Processing the Claim and not making the payment

Even After sending the mail to higher level of New India Assurance there is no response and IRDA is also not taking action on them. Where is the way for the public Govt. has to take proper action on them. Can we ask the PM to some thing on this. Dear Sir, Chennai SHRI.P.SUBBARAMAIAH, REGIONAL MANAGER, Head Office SHRI L.RANGARAJAN, CHIEF MANAGER, Policy Number : [protected]P[protected] My Wife B Uma under gone a medical treatment at Ramakrishna Hospital Coimbatore. We have submitted the all the documents by 20-May-2015. I have received the confirmation SMS from the TPA. They have not settled the claim till date. It is almost more than a 2 month I have not receive the claim after the confirmation. Is this the way you will support the customer. Customer is the base for your business and with out customer there is no business. We try calling them they are not picking the phone. phone number given[protected] Vidal Health TPA.
