New India Insurance Company — Rejected claim for petty reason

When my phone was stolen by auto driver in bangalore I sent a claim to New India insurance company which handles claims for spice mobiles shops they rejected claim because police complaint did not have the word theft on it -- is it my fault if police refuse to put theft on their firs because their unsolved case records will become higher These insurance companies are scheming together and fleecing customers - please beware
