I owned a maruti suzuki baleno zeta 1.2 petrol, from[protected]. I purchased the vehicle from sai service ernakulam.I am very much disappointed about the suspension of the vehicle.My opinion is, the design of the suspension is not correct.It is very much affected even when through a small gutter. But all the other things are up to mark.So i request you to improve the comfort zone of the vehicle, that is suspension. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Is it possible to register a complaint in consumer court against this defective suspension since i dont want to pay 7.5 lakhs for the defective product - do anyone have any idea to get the money back from Maruti - pl suggest
