Unauthorised money being taken

NGpay i have never heard of but they have taken over £30 out of my bank account in three payments without authorisation. i don’t know who they are but if i do not get a full refund and my bank details removed i am going to dispute them...

accidental purchase

I have accidentally made a purchase through a site, (Gowtur services site) and, i cannot get the purchase refunded through my debit card company, (Mastercard). I would like to get into contact with someone or somebody that could help me get this issue resolved and my money back. I was charged for $35 and, i'm angry about it and would just like to get this resolved and put this behind me....

I did a transaction on Ngpay on 18th Jan, transaction get declined and my amount was not refunded back till, i given a complaint to NGPay on month of Jan they asked my monthly statement i sent them when ever i called them used to say wait we are checking with bank and if i call month later means they will say send latest statement, finally on 13th Apr they sent mail saying that we are not taken amount check with bank, if i call bank means...

A big fraud

We made a transaction last year - a flight ticket which we cancelled in November. Till date there is no sign of the refund, despite repeated promises.

And then there are incompetent people on your 24*7 helpline… We have been following up on my refund since 7th Feb… All they say is “your refund will be credited in the next 48 hours”

More recently, heard them ridiculing customers !!!...

Refund Issue

On 09/12/2013, I have recharged my Tata Sky ID [protected] through Ngpay online service of Rs. 2000/- instead of Rs.200/-. By mistake, I have recharged my account with wrong amount.
