[Resolved] Ngpay — money not refunded | |||
i had tried to making an top up on 20/03/15 from ngpay account. The recharge was not made and instead amount is deducted from the bank account. i.e 300 rupees. recharge was not done but amount is not refunded. Transation id : NGPAY[protected] Date : 20/03/15.
