NHAI — Misbehavior of employees

Dear Sir,

Chennai Vanagaram (TamilNadu) Toll Plaza M/s. MEP CHENNAI BYPASS TOLL ROAD PVT. LTD is collecting huge charges in the toll booth.When we asked to show the official gazette and method of calculation for rate fixed. But the MEP employees misbehaved and not shown the gazetted rates. The actual mentioned Base rate is Rs.5.00 and per km rate is Rs.0.65 paise. Pls tell the calculations and official gazette notice also not displayed for public. Pls take necessary action before going to appellate authority. Pls take necessary action on the below mentioned MEP employees.
