[Resolved]  NHAI — Misbehaviour at Gurgaon toll plaza

Hi- This has been 2 year since we are facing issues with JAM on Toll plaza while commuting from delhi to gurgaon & gurgaon to Delhi. The additional Booth after passing gate # 36 & 35 were not operating today (17th Feb-2014) due to which there was a delay in crossing the toll by 30 mins. When I tried to raise the concern to at cell # [protected] & [protected], Cell # [protected] was switched off and Cell # [protected] was not even hearing my complaints. The guy in-fact tried to threatened me and warned me that I can do whatever I can. This was really frustrating as we do not have any problem in giving toll but it has really become very difficult to assess the time within which we can reach to our office due to inconsistant approach of toll management.
