Sir/madam,

I have ordered/booked for original nicer dicer plus through online on www.nicerdicerindia.com on dated 29/4/2016 and delivered on 03/05/2016 for rs.1500. The product is delivered from india best shop, 17x, model town, ludhiana [invoice copy attached herewith] and received at home on 03/05/2016. When i opened a seal box we get damaged nicer dicer plus container. There is a big hole at the bottom of container. I was shocked. I immediately call on [protected] customer care service but it did not respond. I call again and again to customer care but nobody can take action on it. Kindly requested to take back this damaged nicer dicer plus container and/ or return/replace defective product or refund my money.

I am in touch with the above customer care number for the past days and they always ask me to wait for two more days.

Pls. Do the needful.
