When I received their medicines the same day of placing the order, was quite surprised and thought that they are very efficient in their work and actually mean business. However, post starting to take the medicines I started getting serious cramps in my stomach and was not able to sleep throughout the whole night. Spoke to Dr. Chauhan on this concern and he gave some remedies, however the pain still continued each night and was becoming very difficult for me to carry on. Then he made me speak to one of his Seniors and even he gave some remedies and assured that the pain will go away. Finally after 3 weeks of sleepless nights and cramps and I finally stopped taking their medicines and asked for the refund. Dr. Chauhan keeps making excuses for not being at work due to some or the other personal reasons and are not even responding to the messages. The lady at their reception (Kiran) promised a call back when I called their office, however that never came. Have spoken to 2 more gentle from this company and they both assured that they'll put the request in processing and he refund will happen within a week. Have been trying to chase these people for over 1.5 months now and have spoken to atleast 5 people, but haven't heard back from them till now.
