Nidan Ayurveda — Money not refunded

I purchased 3 month program @Rs. 8500 from Dr Rakesh from Tilak Nagar Branch. He promised me to refund money if no effect shows. after 30 days i gained instead of loosing weight. On my refund request they told me to give 3-4 days to process. Now no one is picking me call (Dr. Rakesh and customer care) even not responding on my messages. Please help me
