NIIT — Against Diploma

Respected Sir/Madam, I am Mahima Mantri from NIIT, Preet Vihar, Delhi, where I learnt the GNIIT course and completed it in 2013 but with regret I have to complain that I have till date not received my diploma even after requesting and enquiring about it for about 20 times over phone. The teaching staff is not very much indulging in making students to learn and faculty not up to the mark although the course offered is quite excellent. Even after paying a loads of fees there is no proper response. I am making this complain to have a really strict action against this ill behaviour and response from NIIT staff and teaching staff, they are making me move round and round and not informing to whom I have to speak regarding this.I finally want my diploma degree as soon as possible.
