SIDDHESH YENDHE Student ID: S[protected] Registration Number :R[protected] Borivali Center, Mumbai. This is to inform you that I was not attended MT4, MT5 and Subjective Exam on 18th Dec to 24th Dec 2014, because on same day my TYBsc.IT College exam was declared and its compulsory for me to appear for that exams. Kindly note my problem and please forgive me. Thank You.
