NIIT — GNIIT certificate not received for branch shut down

GNIIT certificate not received since four years from course completion as VIP road branch of Kolkata has been shut down. Contacted with NIIT Camac street branch Kolkata but didn't get any proper response from the authority. I have contacted by mail as well as phone and most of the time I have been told to wait for a month and the matter is being dragged like this for the last few months. I am clueless if ever I shall receive the certificate in near future. I am in urgent need of the certificate as my career is getting hampered. Please help.
