NIIT — I want refund because no registration no books etc..

Dear Sir/Mam,
My Name is Abhishek Kaushik. I want to do Dot Net course from NIIT so I went to NIIT Ambedkar Road Centre in Ghaziabad for course details.
Ms. Ekta Gupta Jindal (Counselor) in centre told me about the Program & about other activities. After taking information I paid 10, 000 cash in EMI plan to NIIT centre on 12/09/2013. On 12/09/2013 Ms. Ekta Gupta agreed to finish the classes within 6 months.
They promised to start the class in two weeks, so I waited and went after two weeks; where I was not supposed to go because they said they will call me but I did not receive any calls. So I had to go and ask every time after two weeks of allotted time. But there was no response from the counselor and no proper time stated. So I kept on going until I got an answer, they started the class after a Month. On first week of Oct they have called me up and telling like there was a mistake happened from their side as the classes already started almost 2 weeks back(7-8 classes already over). They have some what convinced me like they will take the backup classes for me and they have taken it by 2 classes. After that they were not taking the classes properly and always telling silly excuses. From middle of Nov 2013 they haven't taken a single class as the trainer left NIIT. Now they are not sure about when the classes begins. It's already four months over and they are not fulfilling their promises.
I forget to mention this---- My other question to Ekta Jindal was “I don’t have registration number and no student ID then how can can I give the BJS exam” She Said-“Don’t worry we handle this”.
I still don’t have any Registration Number, no Student Id, no Books, no Classes etc..
I don’t have reg. no even books when I asked about books they gave excuses. And the latest golden words by Sangeeta verma and Director on 14/01/2014 are “you are not eligible to take books because you did not submit amount”. My question is I am paying fee in EMI plan as told by Counselor Ekta. Then what is the matter? If this is important then why they not told me before. When I am saying to refund and giving the reasons then they are making excuses.
Few days ago they manage a new faculty (Jitender kumar Jha) for us but no one is satisfy by him reason is lack his knowledge. He himself asks a question and gives out a wrong answer. I ask him HOW TO CONVERT INT TO FLOAT? His answer is “Faltu k question karna band kar” when I ask again then he rudely shouted on me “Mujhe nahi pata kahi aur ja k padh”. I make many complaints to administration department but they neglect me. I told total matter to Ms. Sangeeta verma (Coordinator) to change the faculty but he said you're showing your Attitude. Now what kind of answer is that?
One more shocking point--- -- - On 03/01/2014 I visited centre and give application to refund my amount. But Sangeeta verma (Coordinator) is saying that “maine aapki reiept par sign nahi kiye jisne kiye hai usse paise vapas lo”. Now that is owesome.

I lost all the trust on them. I need my money back. I'm a working person and taken 2 hours leaves per day (company deduct my salary of 3 hours per day) to complete the course but all my efforts are in vain. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I DON"T WANT TO STUDY WHERE STAFF IN NOT HAVING WELL KNOWLEDGE NEITHER SOFT SKILLS TO TALK AND GIVE WAY TO BUSINESS DEALS. The MANAGER CALLED MY PERSONAL WORK TO BE A ***BULL BUSINESS*** How great is that Institute Staff is using abusive language at Educational Institute and gets frustrated so fast without any reason. I NEED HELP AND MY MONEY BACK. I'm totally frustrated on NIIT centre’s behavior. Please give me a solution
