Niit Student — My dvd not opening

I have purchased ctet..firstly, i received it late and know when I received it none of the DVD's are working..passwords are not working..student id, school name nothing is provided to me. . I am also ordered CTET material, The DVDs are unable to open and also study materials are not arrived fully, three arrived out of 7.
Reg, DVD self rang given number, but they are not responded. Simply cheating.
