NIIT — not get any certificate and refund

With you respect I would like to inform you that in August 2014 I have completed my niit yuva jyoti courses in detail management successfully with scored satisfactory marks from haridwar (u.k) center, however till now I didn't get any certificate and refund as per their commitment.
