NIIT — Not recharging my MTS net card from 4.5 months which NIIT pays

Hello, this is to inform you that I am Kanuj Chopra doing GNIIT (software engineering) from NIIT pitampura centre. My current session is semester (D) and my problem is that NIIT is not recharging my MTS Data card from last 4.5 months. Due to this, I am facing several problems suchas am not able to download my new books of current session. I have registered complaints to centre incharge (Miss Neerja) and centre head (Miss Pooja) many times but they didnt do anything to solve this problem. So I request you to take some hard action against my problem as soon as possible. My Fundamentals details Registration No. R[protected] Student Id. S[protected] MTS MDN No. [protected] Either I'll go to Consumer Court Forum because of inconvinient from MTS recharge From 4.5 months which recharge/paid by NIIT at 19th of every month but from last 19th of september, october, november, december 2013. contact : kanuj [protected]
