[Resolved] NIIT — Regarding Fake ISTQB Certification voucher

My Name is Narendra, I work for an MNC. One of my friends had purchased a ISTQB Certification voucher at NIIT-Marathahalli on[protected]. The voucher usually valid for a period of one year. When she tried to book a slot for taking the exam the system is showing the error as "Voucher has Expired". When we reported the same to the SPOC of NIIT- Marathahalli Mr.Arshad he is least bothered about the customers and he asked us to do whatever we want to do. How irresponsible they are!!. Even we went to the NIIT- Malleswaram branch to book the slot, there also same error and the same irresponsible reply. After hearing that reply we are utterly shattered as her career and the promotion totally depends on it and her rigorous preparation goes in vain. If you guys wont payback the money/ Issue another valid voucher will proceed legally and take the appropriate action for all the mental pressure that we have faced. Get back to me with the appropriate solution ASAP failing which will take further action legally. Find the screenshot also. Don’t lure the people’s money and their patience by selling expired certification vouchers.
