NIIT — Voucher provided is invalid/already used

My name is Radhika.I have brought a Istqb voucher from nNIIT Martahalli branch.When I tried to schedule exam it was throwing error that tthe voucher code is not valid.When I contacted the NIIT person Ahmed Arshad Ihe said they cannot do anything because they are just selling the voucher.when I contacted the prometric customcustomer care I got to know that the voucher is already used by someone and asked me to check with Niit ppeople.I have contacted Arshad he is so irresponsible..he was telling they are just selling the Prometric voucher and if it is used they can't do anythinh.II am sure that they have compromised the voucher code and used it.I have lost 7000 rupees spent for the voucher.Did not expect such irresponsible behaviour from Niit.i[censored] cannot help customers why are you selling the vouchers in the first case
