NIIT — Want my refund money

Hello Sir, My name is Lokesh Gour. NIIT Delhi called me for job interview in Relligare finwest Pvt. Ltd and i got selected in the interview. They told me that you have to deposit 22472 rupee as security amount and that will be refundable after completion of training and issued offer latter. The date of joining is 27 April 2015 but the joining had not happened. Now NIIT delhi is not refunding my deposite money, they always say your refunding process is running but they not cooperating with me. Please help...
