Updated by sunshine7070 I have sent several mails to Priya and i have not got response and today i get message from
Ezone stating that my complaint is closed.
Where as my compliant is still open and it is not closed.
At the time of sales they promise one thing and after sale they deny and dont even reply to mails...
Below is the mail conversation and i dont have any reply:
Hi Priya,
I had done one transaction on 14th June 2014 and had bought Laptop and i have received cash back for the same.
On 15th I bought TV and this was my second transaction for which i did not receive any cash back. I was informed by your sales team member Abdul Wasiq that i will get the cash back since the transaction is not done on the same day and is for different merchandise.
Now you are informing that 2 transactions with the same card are not allowed. How i am suppose to know this. At the time of sale your team has made false promises. It is only now i am get to know this.
How you intend to address this issue.

Still no reply from your side . Is this the way you treat your customers. I am very disappointed and will never recommend to purchase from
Ezone and fall for the cash back discounts.
