Nikon India — Worst service and defective unit sold | |||||
Hi My name Chandan Parida and I have purchased one Nikon Camera model- Coolpix L29 and serial[protected] on[protected]invoice date) in the name of My wife Mrs. Priyanka Parida vide Order number OD[protected] from Flipkart Online Store. After delivery I found inherent defects of the camera regarding Camera flash same has been updated to both Nikon India and Flipkart. After several complaints finally flipkart had replaced the camera and issued new one of same model on[protected]invoice date) and serial number 11027499 and order ID is OD[protected]. Just after one month it was also started giving similar issues hence I have contacted Nikon India for assistance they have given technical support over the phone. This is happened twice or thrice within one year as I am using this camera occasionally. So hardly I have used it ¾ times in a year and every time it is having flash issue. Today[protected] I had called Nikon Customer care for the complaint of my camera, this particular model is having manufacturing defects hence we should refund the product cost or replace another model of same price because still it is in warranty. I have given 2 years of warranty for this camera. But surprisingly Nikon CC agent Ms. Sweta has declared that flipkart is not our authorized dealer. They are purchasing NIKON products which is treated as unauthorized dealer. We are not giving any solution for those products. Now Question is to you all parties of flipkart and Nikon that how one manufacturer is giving products to one unauthorized dealer who has no permission to sale the product?? How one dealer who is not authorized to sell the product but still he is selling to the customers and taking amount from them by saying manufacturer will give the service and warranty and this is genuine and original product of manufacturer?? Now my point is I am not looking for this product in any condition hence kindly refund the amount of Rs 4389 (invoice amount) else provide the different model with same price or we people will be answerable before consumer forum and before all social networking sites that these are the internal agreement between two most branded organizations to cheat customers. If I am not getting the solution within seven days we will be serve legal notice from my Lawyer and will send it to you below HQ: Alos Shinagawa Intercity Tower C, 2-15-3, Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-6290, Japan then we have to give the refund + compensation.
