Hi. I recently bought the nilgiris bread light rusk. The quality was pathetic but i ignored. Today was the limit, when i chewed the rusk a plastic piece and a thread cane out from it. Is this what you supply to your customers? It's very cheap on your part (Nilgiris). I expect you to look into this matter asap and get back to me. I am extremely unhappy. The quality of your products is decreasing by the day. Look into it.

Last month i purchased vegetables for 292 rupees. They swiped my HDFC food card twice in different machine and took 292+292 rupees. When i checking my sms i came to know that they took amount twice. I was checking with Branch manager but no response still.
