I have booked a flat in Nirmal Lifestyle City Kalyan - Platano E project in the month of Jan 2013. Stamp Duty and registration was done in Dec 2014 after prolonged follow up with the builders.

The project is stalled for sure. The possession date was April 2016 and now they say they will hand over by April 2017 with no penalty.

Friends I do not see this project complete by April 2027 as well. These are cheaters and need to be taught a lesson by all o[censored]s fellow investors in this project coming together.

Moreover I asked to withdraw from this project and they said they will give the money once they are able to sell this flat else they will not.

I think it is high time we get into a legal dispute with these guys to teach them a lesson and get our hard earned money back from them.
