Hi, I am an nri and invested in mumbai at nirmal olympia project. After 2 yrs nothing much was done on ground, they took over 27 lakhs inr from me as of today.In may 2016 i learned that they completely changed the building plan and layout. Also postponed the possession from dec 2017 to may 2020. This made me cancel my booking and now they are delaying my refund payment. They say that they will issue my pdc cheques after 6 months.
